The complete nomination dossier must follow the examples provided in the guide and must be accompanied by the following items:
- A cover letter from the primary nominator
- Citation (maximum 70 words each; 85 words in French)
- Detailed appraisal (maximum 1200 words; 1450 words in French)
- Reference letters (the number of letters depends on the Academy to which the candidate is being nominated) (750 words plus a bio of 250 words; 900 and 300 words in French, respectively)
- A CV (maximum 50 pages)
Incomplete nominations will be rejected. It is the responsibility of the primary nominator to ensure that the application is complete and accurate.
