Véronique Miron is the John David Eaton Chair in Multiple
Sclerosis (MS) Research at Unity Health Toronto and Full Professor
at the University of Toronto. She conducts world-leading research
on how the insulation surrounding nerve fibres in the central
nervous system, called myelin, is supported in health and degenerated or
malformed in common neurological conditions like MS or cerebral palsy. Her
findings delineate new pathways to treat neurological conditions.
