Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Royal Society of Canada will take place will take place at the University of Waterloo, Federation Hall, 200 University Avenue West Waterloo, ON Canada, N2L 3G1 on Saturday, November 18 at 8:30 am, ET for the following purposes:
- To elect the Board of Directors.
- To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
Meeting Materials:
There are no fees to register for and participate in the Annual General Meeting.
