The 2020 College Winter Meeting, hosted by Concordia University, is an opportunity for Members to discuss activities and plans for the year ahead. Spread over two days, a full day of meetings on Thursday will be followed by a reception hosted by Concordia University and SRC Québec. Guests will then be invited to a pay-your-own-way dinner on Thursday evening.
Meetings will continue Friday morning, with breakout space for committees and working groups.
A group rate has been secured for a block of hotel rooms at the Chateau Versailles Montreal. Two categories of rooms have been set aside:
- $110/night: deluxe room with queen bed and continental breakfast
- $130/night: fireplace room with king bed and continental breakfast
