Nico Trocmé has dedicated his career to child welfare and is a leading voice for ensuring that governments provide young people under their responsibility with the highest standards of care. The principal investigator for the Canadian Incidence Study (CIS) of Reported Child Abuse and Neglect, he also leads a Provincial-Territorial initiative to develop a common set of National Outcomes Measures (NOM) in child welfare.
