Delphine Nakache is a lawyer and Full Professor in the Faculty of Law, French Common Law Section, at the University of Ottawa, where she holds a University Research Chair on Migrant Protection and International Law. Her research focuses on improving protection for the most precarious groups of refugees, temporary migrants and immigrants. Delphine Nakache est avocate et professeure titulaire à la Faculté de droit, Section de droit civil français, à l’Université d’Ottawa, où elle est titulaire d’une chaire de recherche universitaire sur la protection des migrants et le droit international. Ses recherches visent à améliorer la protection des groupes les plus précaires de réfugiés, de migrants temporaires et d’immigrants. Ses travaux, publiés en anglais et en français, font le pont entre la recherche universitaire et les politiques publiques.
