Solidly anchored in management and psychology, Dr. Pinsonneault’s research examines how information technologies change the work of managers, structures of organizations, and group dynamics; and how they create new forms of organizations, namely virtual teams and organizations. His pioneering work developed several conceptual frameworks that have helped scholars in management to advance their understanding of the business value of information technologies.
