The RSC Policy Briefing entitled “Children and Schools During COVID-19 and Beyond: Engagement and Connection Through Opportunity” is now freely and publicly available here.
“It is clear from our report that we are on the cusp of a “generational catastrophe” that requires swift action to mitigate the harm to children and youth. One of the best ways to lessen the threats to the well-being, education, and safety of children and youth is to aim to keep schools open whenever and wherever it is safe to do so,” said chair of the Working Group Dr. Tracy Vaillancourt.
The RSC has prepared Policy Briefings and other resources to ensure open access to independent, evidence-based science for Canadians.
