The RSC Policy Briefing entitled “Supporting Canada’s COVID-19 Resilience and Recovery Through Robust Immigration Policy and Programs” is now freely and publicly available here.
“This briefing describes what the pandemic has revealed about the strengths and fault lines in Canada’s immigration system, and offers insights and recommendations to reinvigorate and optimize Canada’s immigration program over the next decade and beyond,” explained Co-Chairs of the Working Group Victoria Esses and Jean McRae.
