Randall Martin’s research applies satellite observations, global models, and in situ measurements of the atmosphere to provide quantitative information about how natural and anthropogenic processes affect climate, biogeochemical cycling, air quality, and in turn, human health. Particular attention is paid to atmospheric processes and emissions affecting tropospheric ozone and aerosols. His contributions have been recognized by a succession of national and international awards, including NSERC’s E.W.R. Steacie Fellowship.
