Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Royal Society of Canada will take place will take place at the Le Westin Montréal, 270 Saint-Antoine West, Montreal, QC H2Y 0A3 on Saturday, November 15 at 8:00 am (In-person attendees will be served breakfast between 7am – 8am prior to the meeting), ET for the following purposes:
- To elect the Board of Directors.
- To appoint the Auditors for the ensuing year.
- To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting.
