Prof. Stephen Waddams

Stephen Waddams, a professor of law at the University of Toronto, is one of the leading legal scholars in the common law world. His wide interests encompass a great many fields of law, including contracts, torts, damages, criminal law, and legal history. His 5 books have been widely praised - and widely used - by academics, practitioners and judges throughout the Commonwealth. "The Law of Damages", his latest work, shared the Walter Owen Prize for the best legal book published in Canada in the past several years.
