Dave Risk has made significant contributions to the understanding of how greenhouse gases, such as carbon dioxide, are released from soils and how the sequestration of greenhouse gases can be monitored. Applications of his research have been used around the world and his research collaborations to date have involved individuals in four continents. Students at all levels, Bachelors, Master’s and Doctoral, have benefitted from working with him.
Dave Risk a apporté des contributions significatives visant à mieux comprendre comment les gaz à effet de serre (dioxyde de carbone, par exemple) sont émis des sols et comment leur séquestration peut être contrôlée. Ses recherches ont été appliquées dans le monde entier et, à ce jour, il a collaboré avec des pairs sur quatre continents.
