CONKLIN, William E. – Faculty of Law, University of Windsor
In his seven books and scores of articles and conference presentations, William Conklin has made
original, internationally recognized contributions to Jurisprudence, Canadian Constitutional and
International Law, legal philosophy, and legal pedagogy. He has opened discernment of meaning in rules,
values, and other concepts to historical and social contexts of origin, which importantly influence the interpretation
of texts as well as the legitimacy of a modern legal order.

Dans ses sept livres, ses nombreux articles et ses conférences, William Conklin a apporté des contributions
originales et reconnues mondialement en jurisprudence, en droit constitutionnel canadien et en droit
international, en philosophie du droit et en pédagogie juridique. Il a ouvert la voie à une meilleure
