DALAI, Ajay – Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering in the College of Engineering, University of Saskatchewan
Ajay Dalai is Canada Research Chair in Bioenergy and Environmentally Chemical Processing and a
leading international expert on renewable energy, heavy oil and gas processing and catalytic reaction
engineering. His innovative research has resulted in numerous publications and patents for processes and catalysts he has
developed and had significant impact on the Canadian petroleum and bioenergy industry. Professor Dalai is a Fulbright Fellow (2012).

Ajay Dalai est titulaire de la Chaire de recherche du Canada en bioénergie et sur les traitements chimiques
respectueux de l’environnement ; c’est un éminent expert international sur les énergies renouvelables, le
traitement de pétrole lourd et de gaz et le génie de la réaction catalytique. Sa recherche novatrice a donné
lieu à de nombreux publications et brevets pour des procédés et des catalyseurs qu’il a mis au point et eu un impact important sur
l’industrie pétrolière et bioénergétique au Canada. Le professeur Dalai est titulaire d’une bourse d’études Fulbright
(2012).
