Peter Twohig is a historian at the leading edge of interdisciplinary research on health issues in Canadian, Atlantic Canadian, and global contexts. His work has spanned the research worlds of both historical and medical studies, and has encompassed gender-related and Indigenous dimensions of health-care research. He focuses especially on the complexities in the experience of health-care workers, and on exploring the societal role of healing in all its forms.
Peter Twohig est un éminent historien multidisciplinaire qui étudie les problématiques de santé au Canada, notamment au Canada Atlantique, et dans le monde entier.
