The purpose of this “People’s School” is to, in the spirit of the Antigonish Movement, articulate climate science in a “non-academic” manner, explain what international agreements mean for Canada, discuss how climate migration and adaptation are paid for, and show how some communities are implementing an Asset-Based Community Development approach to deal with the impacts of climate change
