The nominations process consists of 3 important steps

  1. Enter your contact and membership details
  2. Enter the candidate nominee information and details
  3. Complete and attach a “Nomination Dossier.” See details below

Completed forms should be accompanied by the following 7 items:

  1. A cover letter from the nominator/Institution Executive Head.
  2. One letter of reference from a person of authority on the candidate and their field.
  3. A brief biography of the referee.
  4. A 500-word statement from the candidate reflecting on how his/her work would contribute to the College during the seven-year term.
  5. A 1000-word summary of the candidate’s record.
  6. 70-word citation (optional translated version)
  7. A CV.

Nominations must include the items below.

  2. One letter of reference from a person of authority on the candidate and their field

  4. A 500-word statement from the candidate reflecting on how his/her work would contribute to the College during the seven-year term.
  5. A 1000-word summary of the candidate’s record
  6. A 70-word citation (optional to include translated version)
  7. A CV

*Incomplete nominations will be rejected. It is the responsibility of the primary nominator to ensure the applications is complete and accurate.
